Mechanically, the engine has been rebored to 1950cc, fully balanced adn fitted with a Piper 715 camshaft. The cylinder head has been gas flowed and polished. Benifitting from a 123 distributor, 45DCOE carburettor and a full-flow, stainless steel exhaust manifold and system, the engine has been shown to produce 110BHP on a dynamometer.
To aid cooling, there is a new radiator and heater matrix and SAMCO silicone hoses.
The gearbox has been checked and overhauled as necessary.
The brakes and suspension have been overhauled and uprated as required and enjoys drilled & slotted front brake discs, lowered front and parabolic rear springs and Spax telescopic dampers are fitted all round.
The fuel tank has been replaced and the fuel pump is now a Facet model.
the interior has had a new headlining fitted professionally along with a walnut veneer effect dashboard and door pulls. The seats have been retimmed in leather and a leather rim steering wheel provides the finishing touch.
The car sits on a set of Anthracite Minilite style alloy wheels and new Yokohama tyres.
